The complex has a large swimming pool with “wet-bar” in-pool seating section, a separate kiddies splash pool, poolside bar/snack bar and very large recreational lawn. Plus another outside bar, breakfast area and the reception.

There is another separate area appropriately configured space that can host multiple kind of events (with a capacity up to a 1000 persons).

There are 23 apartments; 8 studios with the capacity up to 3 persons, 3 studios with the capacity up to 4 persons and 12 one-bedroom apartments (also with the capacity up to 4 persons).

Plus there is one separate apartment (pre-fab) with living room, open plan kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom.

All rooms have pretty mountain or sea views. They all have bathroom with shower, kitchenette with cooker and fridge, radio, telephone, safe and air-conditioning. These are all renovated in 2011.

A large car parking area next to the complex is in the village building plan and there is already a building license in place for an additional unit of 19 rooms, restaurant and a spa.

All set on 4.000 square metres of land. The lawn and all mature trees are part of a full automatic watering system.

Situated in the centre of Sissi, a lovely, friendly and quiet fishing village with a pretty natural harbour, sandy beaches and surrounded by beautiful fields of olive trees. This village has avoided the spoils of tourism. Amenities open all the year round.
